Electric Culture is a community of primarily women working to reclaim their power and voice online through fighting back against all forms of digital harassment and abuse. They act as a resource for victims, and advocate for policy reform in the space. The brand’s visual identity needed a logo and design system that reflected the electric, empowering vision of the community.
Client Electric Culture
The custom logo takes inspiration from the bold, blocky lettering of the 70s to evoke this desire for change, while the color palette and typography ensure the brand feels modern and fresh. The icons were created to represent the formation of a creative spark, the ignition of an idea, and to create a direct correlation between the name Electric Culture and their brand purpose.
